Buying From U.S. Coins and Jewelry

U.S. Coins and Jewelry orders are shipped via US First Class and priority Mail, USPS Express Mail. Each package is fully insured and most will require a signature upon delivery.

YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESSES MUST MATCH AND WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

Also, once a package is shown to be delivered by the carrier, U.S. Coins and Jewelry's responsibility ends.

If metals we ship to you are lost or damaged in transit, it is our responsibility to pursue any claim with the insurance company. If we determine the package is lost or damaged, we file a claim. We reserve the right to re-ship your items or refund your money at our discretion.

All orders are made on a best efforts basis. U.S. Coins and Jewelry will not be responsible for any errors, negligence or inability to execute an order. Should the order be delayed in transmission, delivery or execution due to the breakdown or failure of transmission or communication facilities. U.S. Coins and Jewelry is not liable. 1. Market Loss Policy

Once you have placed your order and received a confirmation number, your price is locked in and your transaction may no longer be cancelled - only off set by current market values. Any difference between the price you bought and our current asking price is your responsibility, as well as the $35 cancellation fee. Any market gain that comes from a cancellation is U.S. Coins and Jewelry’s to keep.

This means if you pay $1200 for a coin and want to cancel your order, and the current value is $1100, then you would receive $1100 back and have to pay the $35 cancellation fee as well as the $100 difference in coin value. This amount will be deducted by U.S. Coins and Jewelry from any refund sent or charged to the credit card which held the order. For items purchased by U.S. Coins and Jewelry, estimates may be given verbally, but they are estimates only. We do not lock in a price until we receive item/s. Once we examine the item/s and give you a purchase confirmation order, your price has been locked in and your transaction may no longer be canceled - only off set by current market values. If you cancel your order, any difference between the purchase price and current market values is your responsibility. Again, there is a $35 cancellation fee. Any market gain from the cancellation is U.S. Coins and Jewelry’s to keep.
